A candidate for the Universa Research PhD Programme must have successfully graduated from a recognised institution of higher education, at a master's level (according to the Bologna agreement).

Students must also submit a research theme so that the Universa PhD Programme panel can identify a suitable PhD tutor for them.

The Programme is open to students without professional experience that intend to continue theircareer in the academic world, as well as to practising managers, who wish to widen the horizons in their daily work. We have tutors that are familiar with the particular needs and expectations of both types of students.
